The sum­mer internship award pro­gram offers sti­pend sup­port for two posi­tions annually. Each award reci­pient will receive a $2,200 monthly sup­port for up to eight weeks (two months). The award maybe used for tra­vel, lod­ging, and living allowance.

The internship pro­gram starts on the second week of July after Inde­pen­dence Day and ends in late August. Howe­ver, for those who seek four week internship, the star­ting time is deci­ded on an indi­vi­dual basis.

Stu­dents par­ti­ci­pate in the sum­mer internship pro­gram are expec­ted to work under super­vi­sion ona selec­ted pro­ject. A report is requi­red at the end of the internship. An eva­lua­tion from the pro­ject super­vi­sor and Prof. Ping will be provided.

Pre­vious reci­pients of this sum­mer internship award were all accep­ted by pro­mi­nent uni­ver­si­ties inc­lu­ding Har­vard, Duke, and Stan­ford. They are lis­ted at our labo­ra­tory web­site (www​.sig​na​ling​mo​du​les​.org).
