I am an exchange PhD student of Cardiac Proteomics & Signaling Lab. I come from Zhejiang University majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I am working with Xiaohai Li on his project in bioinformatics data analysis on protein mass spectrometry data. I am responsible for designing appropriate software to accurately and automatically sort the useful information, such as qualified spectra counts, peptide peak intensity for the protein quantitative analysis. I also help to set up an algorithm to extract useful information from the database searching result file into readable data format.
